How to Submit an RTI Request

1. Written Application : Submit a written request to the PIO or APIO in English, Hindi, or the official language of the area.
2. Details to Include : Your request should include your name, contact details, and a clear description of the information you seek.

Response Time

The PIO is required to respond to your request within 30 days. If the information pertains to the life or liberty of a person, the response time is 48 hours.

Exemptions
